Raising awareness for Candlelighters
In 2022 My Renewable Energy became a Transformer partner of The Candlelighters Trust and have pledged to raise £25,000 every year for the next three years.
Why charity work is important to us
We wanted to pledge our support for a local charity and by supporting Candlelighters we are helping them to provide emotional, financial, and practical support to families living with childhood cancer. Candlelighters also invest in vital research to improve the outcome of children diagnosed with cancer.
We undertake various events throughout the year to achieve our target of £25,000. Together, we can make a difference and bring hope to those who need it most.
We were nominated at the 2023 Yorkshire Choice Awards for the Charitable Business of the Year and were delighted to celebrate being recognized in the top 3 finalists at the event.
Our Pink Project
To help spread awareness we have turned one of our vans pink and you will find us in and around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area. You can’t miss us.
